The study of Martial Arts transcends the usual notions of self-defense. The instructors at American Karate Studios pride themselves on promoting the virtues of self-confidence, prudence, discipline, and teamwork. As a style, Kenpo draws influence from various other forms of martial arts, providing for an even mix of athleticism, flexibility, and technical prowess. Kenpo is also an ideal style for physical / cardiovascular endurance, competition, and private training.

- separate K-Box Aerobics Room complete with air conditioning and training equipment

- Both the K-Box room and the main facility are lined by 30 feet of 6 foot tall mirrors.

- A full second-floor training gym complete with weight training equipment and cardiovascular machines (COMPLIMENTARY FOR PARENTS FREE OF CHARGE)
